DMCA Policy for Cheesecake Stuffed Chocolate Chip

Cheesecake Stuffed Chocolate Chip respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.   5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Failure to comply with all of the requirements of Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA may result in your DMCA notice not being effective.

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that the material you posted on Cheesecake Stuffed Chocolate Chip was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent (identified below) by providing the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements):

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.
